江蘇紫荊花紡織科技股份有限公司（以下簡稱紫荊花）成立于1987年，位于長三角發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的常熟市，產(chǎn)品覆蓋棉、麻原料、纖維、紗線、面料、服裝、家紡、麻纖維復(fù)合材料等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域，年產(chǎn)值超6億元，是一家集科研、種植、生產(chǎn)、終端產(chǎn)品銷售與貿(mào)易為一體的科技型公司。
Jiangsu Redbud Textile Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Redbud), incorporated in 1987 and based in Changshu City, Yangtze River Delta Area, is an established technology-based textile enterprise integrating scientific research, cultivation, production and sales & trade of terminal products, covering sectors such as cotton & jute raw materials, fibers, yarns, shell fabrics, costumes, home textiles and hemp fiber composite materials, etc. with the annual output value over 600 million RMB Yuan.
紫荊花定位于綠色新材料企業(yè)，大力研發(fā)環(huán)境友好型紡織材料，2006年成立了中國第一家省級(jí)黃麻纖維材料工程技術(shù)研究中心，為黃麻產(chǎn)業(yè)提供技術(shù)支持。目前，已累計(jì)申請(qǐng)（授權(quán)）專利500余項(xiàng)，包括6項(xiàng)國際PCT申請(qǐng)。
Redbud is oriented to be a green enterprise and has pooled noticeable resources for the development of new environmentally friendly textile materials. It set up the first domestic provincial-level engineering & technological research center of jute fiber materials in 2006 to provide the jute industry with sound technical supports. So far, over 500 patent applications have been filed (authorized), including 6 PCT patent applications.
紫荊花獲得國務(wù)院頒發(fā)的國家技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng)、江蘇省科學(xué)技術(shù)二等獎(jiǎng)等多項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)；獲得“國家級(jí)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)”、“江蘇省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化優(yōu)秀龍頭企業(yè)”、“江蘇省星火龍頭企業(yè)”等資質(zhì)；“紫荊花”商標(biāo)還被評(píng)為“江蘇省著名商標(biāo)”。
Redbud has been granted the Second Prize of National Award for Technological Invention by the State Council of PRC, the Second Prize of Science & Technology of Jiangsu and many others honors; it has been certified as the National High & New Tech Enterprise, Leading Enterprise of Agriculture Sector of Jiangsu and Jiangsu Spark Leading Enterprise. Meanwhile, Redbud is nominated as the Jiangsu Famous Trademark.
紫荊花先后通過了ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系的升級(jí)認(rèn)證，歐洲綠色環(huán)保產(chǎn)品OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100認(rèn)證，ISO14001 環(huán)境管理體系認(rèn)證，以及OHSA18000 職業(yè)健康安全體系認(rèn)證，成為行業(yè)內(nèi)首批多證合一的企業(yè)之一。
Redbud has passed the upgrade certification for ISO9001 Quality Management System, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 for European Green Environmental Products, ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification and OHSA18000 Occupational Health & Safety System Certification successively, being one of the first companies with multiple certifications within the industry.

Suzhou Jutech Natural Fiber Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Jutech) is a subsidiary held by Redbud. On the basis of healthy and environmental value sharing operation idea and in order to establish a business model in line with common interests, Jutech directs unswerving efforts to the development of green multi-functional jute fiber products. It is awarded the Prize for Outstanding Achievement in Green Poverty Alleviation by the United Nations Development Program, the Second Prize of National Award for Technological Invention and the First Prize of Scientific & Technological Progress.

The natural advantages of jute fiber are fully presented after being processed by the patented refining techniques of Jutech and the corresponding products, such as bed cores, mattresses and towels, feature natural antibiosis, mite suppression, zero formaldehyde & VOCs, etc, offering natural environmental and healthy comfortableness.
