the edge turning downwards Lights: two 30 wart warm white fluorescent lights, SUS stainless lamp base, 5mm foggy surface stiffening glass. 
Handle: SUS ¨Ç-shaped handle to avoid airflow disturb. Electrical operation plate: SUS electrical operation plate, touth switch to control power, 
lighting, fan and backup power. Airflow plate: 6mm gray acid and alkali resistance material special for laboratory, fixed on the back of the fume
hood, high quality PP special fixer easy for disassemble and cleaning. Electrical power: dust and water proof electric outlet, equiped with one
power distribution box and air switch. Window: 6mm safety and explosion protection glass, non segment balancing device. Wind speed and
noise: above 0.5/sec, 1500-1800 cubic air volume per hour, complying with the requirements.

Assay flume: PP acid and alkali resistance flume with filting and odor blocking function. Assay tap: single port German-made assay tap special for laboratory (optional) 
Gas Fitting: Copper-coated and epoxy paint baked to high pressure/acid and alkali/hot resistance, single isolaton operation(optional). Exhaust

臺(tái)面說(shuō)明:采用16mm厚(EPOXY)環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂臺(tái)面,可耐強(qiáng)酸強(qiáng)堿之腐蝕,耐高溫600℃, 或另選臺(tái)面(理化板/千思板/陶瓷板/不銹鋼板)臺(tái)面位于上柜內(nèi).

內(nèi)膽說(shuō)明:采用5mm厚理化板制作,左右兩側(cè)設(shè)有PP材質(zhì)檢修門.

導(dǎo)流板說(shuō)明:采用5mm厚理化板制作,利用專用的PP材質(zhì)扣件固定于內(nèi)膽的背板上,可隨意拆卸清洗.

抽風(fēng)罩說(shuō)明:抽風(fēng)罩位于通風(fēng)柜頂部,為PP材質(zhì)一次注塑成型,排風(fēng)口徑為￠250mm.

前門說(shuō)明:為上下左右移動(dòng)門,配備無(wú)端平衡裝置,門框及軌道采用PVC材質(zhì),玻璃為5mm鋼化安全玻璃,門的配重位于通風(fēng)柜后部,利用304不銹鋼包膠攬繩與前門框連接,每臺(tái)通風(fēng)柜配備6只金屬軸承的塑料滑輪,確保前門上下滑動(dòng)平穩(wěn).(可選配電動(dòng)門套件).

風(fēng)速及風(fēng)量說(shuō)明:風(fēng)速為0.6m/每秒以上(前門打開(kāi)到300mm處),風(fēng)量為1200-1800立方/小時(shí)

風(fēng)閥說(shuō)明:為PVC電動(dòng)防腐風(fēng)閥.

把手說(shuō)明:柜門把手采用PP抗腐蝕可插名片型實(shí)驗(yàn)室專用把手.

電源說(shuō)明:下柜設(shè)置86型220V-10A多功能六眼插座一支,上柜設(shè)置實(shí)驗(yàn)室專用帶防濺蓋插座兩只.

操作面板說(shuō)明:操作面板為藍(lán)屏液晶文本顯示.開(kāi)關(guān)為點(diǎn)觸式,可控制總電源,風(fēng)機(jī),照明燈,備用,風(fēng)閥.

調(diào)節(jié)角說(shuō)明:為適應(yīng)地面平整柜體底部設(shè)有為M8螺竿塑料調(diào)節(jié)腳4只.

配水說(shuō)明:龍頭為意大利TOF實(shí)驗(yàn)室專用遙控龍頭.排水為意大利TOF實(shí)驗(yàn)室專用PP水杯(選配項(xiàng)).

配氣說(shuō)明:供氣為意大利TOF實(shí)驗(yàn)室專用遙控氣體考克,可依照氣體種類選擇不同顏色的閥門.(選配項(xiàng)).
