產(chǎn)品特性: 

* 濾材采用高性能的無(wú)紡布用熱融工藝而成，避免舊式玻璃纖維材料所可能對(duì)人體造成的不適; 

* 濾料內(nèi)含靜電纖維，對(duì)次微米（小于１μm）粉塵過濾效果特別好，具有高捕塵率、高透氣性、高粉塵載量、高使用壽命; 

* 各組袋均有定位風(fēng)道，確保最佳過濾效果; 

* 每組過濾袋間以金屬條固定，增加濾網(wǎng)強(qiáng)度，防止濾袋于高風(fēng)速時(shí)因風(fēng)力之摩擦而破裂，

* 濾袋均有六道內(nèi)襯，防止濾袋隨風(fēng)壓過度膨脹而降低有效過濾面積與效率；

* 濾袋采用熱熔法縫合，具有良好的氣密性及結(jié)合強(qiáng)度，不產(chǎn)生漏氣和破裂; 

* 耐濕度強(qiáng)，可達(dá)100%,常溫80℃;

* 外框：鋁框、鍍鋅框，可選擇外框厚度：20mm、25mm

用途: 

空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)預(yù)過濾；無(wú)塵室、潔凈間之二級(jí)過濾、醫(yī)院、藥廠、電子廠、噴漆房較高潔凈空氣要求等級(jí)的過濾系統(tǒng)，一般的大樓空氣過濾設(shè)備，高效過濾器前級(jí)過濾.

 *processed by non-woven cloth with ultrasonic thermo-melt techniques which can avoid old type (fiberglass media) harmful to human.

* The fiber contains electrostatic which is beneficial to filter the small particles, high ventilation quantity and long working life.

* There is fixed airflow channel to assure the best filter effect.

* Each pocket is fixed by metal stick to increase the strength so that the pocket won’t break. 

* The relative humidity can reach to 100%, Temperature resistance: 80℃.
