           用地位于珠海橫琴特區(qū)橫琴島北角,緊鄰十字門商務(wù)區(qū),用地東北面緊鄰出???,享有一線海景,景觀資源豐富;與澳門一海之隔,更可觀澳門塔、美高梅、新葡京等澳門地標建筑;東面距氹仔經(jīng)200米,地理位置優(yōu)越。

            The site is located at the North East corner of Hengqin Island in Zhuhai,within close proximity of the Shizimen Commercial District.The site’s North East is in close with the sea and enjoys excellent sea view and view resources.The site is only separated Macau by a river and enjoys the view of landmark of Macau such as the Macau Tower,MGM and the Grand Lisboa.Taipa is 200m to the north of the site and it is situated on an excellent location.







         

            整體項目從“綠色”、“生態(tài)”、“未來”著三個方向出發(fā)規(guī)劃。從建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計階段開始,通過對建筑的選址、布局、綠色節(jié)能等方面進行合理的規(guī)劃設(shè)計,從而到達能耗低、能效高、污染少,最大程度的開發(fā)利用可再生資源,盡量減少不可再生資源的利用。與此同時,在建筑過程中更加注重建筑活動對環(huán)境的影響,利用新的建筑技術(shù)和建筑方法最大限度的挖掘建筑物自身的價值,從而達到人與自然和諧相處的目的。

            We came to scheme originally the overall program  from the principle of green,ecology and future.Starting at the period of architecture plan,the designer arranged reasonably the site,layout and energy conservation of the building as to meet the demand of low power consumption,high efficiency and low level of pollution.Simultaneously to exploit renewable resources at most and decline the use of non-renewable resources to the least.To be dedicated to the impact of the procedure of constructing on surroundings in context.To utilize new construction technology and technique in the project to excavate the value of the architecture itself at maximum,end up with the consequence of harmonious relation between human and nature.







         

         

        建筑概念設(shè)計

            整體建筑造型以為創(chuàng)意,采用覆土式建筑形式,整個建筑與周邊環(huán)境融為一體,外觀像一條縱身躍起的魚兒。該建筑與周邊環(huán)境充分融合,覆土式建筑形式可供市民從斜坡步行至藝術(shù)中心頂部休閑娛樂,且同時可觀賞到珠海、澳門景觀。建筑中心區(qū)域通過通透屋頂?shù)奶幚?,建立室?nèi)外的灰空間,從視覺上形成室內(nèi)外一體景觀,做到了室內(nèi)、室外的充分結(jié)合。建筑周邊結(jié)合園林綠化設(shè)計,通過水景過渡及雕塑、裝置藝術(shù)品等的設(shè)置,增加藝術(shù)氛圍,形成濱海的、藝術(shù)的、人文的、自然的公共休憩場合。

            雨水回收:通過采集屋面雨水和地面雨水統(tǒng)一到達地面雨水收集中心,經(jīng)過雨水過濾再利用輸送給其他用途,如衛(wèi)生間用水、景觀用水和植被灌溉。

            能源回收:建筑外墻體通過使用能夠反射熱量的低輻射玻璃,盡可能多的引進自然光,同時減少人造光源。建筑覆土式設(shè)計采用自然草坪,在一定程度上形成局域微氣候,減少熱島效應(yīng)、隔熱保溫,能夠高效的促進室內(nèi)外冷熱空氣的流動,降低室內(nèi)溫度到人體接受范圍。

           Inspired philosophy of the outline from fish,the building was constructed in earth-covering form to occupy the roof extending to the ground.Hypostatic union with the surroundings makes it hard to distinguish the demarcation line.The central area of the building was made translucent to develop grey space connecting interior and external in resulting to form integration visually.To make the most use of surrounding landscape design including the installation of sculptures and artworks to work as transition to enhance artistic sense.Ideally result in developing a public recreation site with coast,art,humanity and nature.

            Rainwater Collection:collected rainwater on the roof and ground together to arrive at surface collection center goes through filtering system to meet the other purposes such as toilet,landscape and irrigation.

            Energy Conservation:The exposed walls are occupied with low-E glass capable of reflecting heat and lead to import natural lighting at most and reduce the use of artificial lighting.Earth-covering design with real grass brings out topical microclimate ending up with the reduction of heat island effect and perseverance of warmth.







         

        “室內(nèi)是建筑的延伸”

            首先考慮建筑外觀以及建筑形態(tài),在達到審美和功能性需求之后,把建筑的材料、造型語匯延伸到室內(nèi),并把自然光及風(fēng)景引進室內(nèi),將室內(nèi)各個樓層緊密聯(lián)系,人文環(huán)境相互律動,是室內(nèi)空間的節(jié)奏。

        important before all,the designer took the architectural appearance and form into consideration.After that,extend materials and design conception inheriting from the entire architecture to the interior.To invite nature lighting and views into the interior and connect respective floors intensively.Keeping the interchange between human and environment acts as rhythm of interior space.
